Print Multiple Screens
Select the File>Print>Print Multiple Screens menu command to toggle the Print Multiple Screens system extension. The options below are available for this extension:
Capture
Captures the current host screen as a thumbnail and adds it to the collection. Hover over any thumbnail to display a preview of that screen. Uncheck one or more items to prevent them from printing.
Sends the selected host screens to the printer based on the settings in Page Setup and the Print Multiple Screens>Screen Per Page setting (see below.)
Print To File
Sends the selected host screens to a text file based on the settings in Page Setup and the Print Multiple Screens>Screen Per Page setting (see below.) By default, the file is saved as ..\Documents\FlexSoftware\Flex Terminal Emulator\Extensions\Print Multiple Screens.txt and will automatically open in Notepad.
Print Preview
Displays the Print Preview dialog, allowing the user to review the output before printing.
Page Setup
Opens the Print Page Setup dialog, allowing the user to review and/or make changes to the printer settings and page layout properties.
Screens Per Page
Determines the number of screens per page, where 1 is the minimum and 4 (default) is the maximum. Increase or decrease this value using the Increment and Decrement buttons.
Clear List
Click this button to remove all items from the list. A warning message will display asking the user to confirm this action, which is not reversible.
Clear list after printing
Enable this option at the bottom of the extension to automatically clear the items from the list upon successfully printing.
